Develop provides advise on projects at an early stage to ensure the selection of the best available option is achieved prior to proceeding with execution. This process will:
- Provide project definition and scoping
- Identify available options
- Development of business case
- Identification of project risks and mitigate (cost, schedule, technical)
- Provide selection of the most optimized overall solution
- Secure required approvals prior to the Execute Phase
