TWD experience includes the development, implementation, optimization and upgrading of ethanol and biofuel production facilities on behalf of our clients. TWD has also assisted our clients with a number of engine test and fleet trial programs.
Ethanol production from wet milling, dry milling, enzyme hydrolysis , and syngas catalytic processes.
Traditional production from corn, grain sorghum (milo), wheat, barley, sugar cane or beets, cheese whey, and potatoes. Alternative cellulosic feedstocks such as municipal waste or recycled products, rice hulls, bagasse (fibrous residue from sugar cane), small diameter trees, wood chips, and switch grass may also be used to produce ethanol.
Optimization of ethanol uses including automotive fuels (E-diesel, E-gasoline, beverage ethanol ( certified Distilled Spirits Plant) , industrial ethanol and pharmaceutical grade ethanol.
Optimization of co-products including wet distillers grain (WDG), dried distillers grain (DDG), Dried distillers grain with solubles (DDGS), Carbon dioxide (CO 2).
Biodiesel fuels manufactured from vegetable oils, recycled cooking grease, or animal fats.
